We pack very well, but should anything arrive damaged, we offer a no-quibble replacement of the same item or if this is not possible, something similar. And if you are genuinely dissatisfied, mail it back within 14-days to receive a refund - less postage, any bank fee, and US$6 or 15% processing fee (whichever is greater).
